9/10/2022 - Mets Roster Moves - Vientos up, Marte to IL, Drew Smith to Rehab

  

The New York Mets have announced the following Roster Moves:

INF Mark Vientos recalled from Triple-A Syracuse. Vientos will wear #27. His first appearance will be his major league debut.

OF Starling Marte placed on the 10-Day IL, retroactive to September 7, with a partial non-displaced fracture of his right middle finger.

New York Mets sent RHP Drew Smith on a rehab assignment to Binghamton Rumble Ponies.

C Andriel Lantigua assigned to St. Lucie Mets from FCL Mets.

St. Lucie Mets activated C Andriel Lantigua.

St. Lucie Mets activated CF Blaine McIntosh from the 7-day injured list.

St. Lucie Mets activated RHP Jace Beck from the 7-day injured list.
