Roster Moves - Mets sign LHP T.J. McFarland - assign to Syracuse

Per the Syracuse Mets Roster's Transaction Tab, the Mets have signed LHP T.J. McFarland and have assigned him to Syracuse.

McFarland, who will turn 34 next June, played for Buck Showalter in Baltimore from 2013 to 2016.  He pitched last year for St. Louis, 6.61 ERA, 28 games, 32.2 innings.  

He may be best known to Mets fans for this home run to Brandon Nimmo on April 25th:
