RHP Marcel Renteria - Placed on 7-day IL
RHP William Woods - Transferred from AAA Syracuse to AA Binghamton.
The Syracuse Mets announced these Roster Moves:
-RHP Seth Elledge claimed off waivers by New
York on April 11th from Atlanta, optioned to Syracuse, and added to the
Syracuse roster today
-RHP Tommy Hunter begins a Major League rehab
assignment with Syracuse
