CF Abraham Almonte sent on a rehab assignment to Brooklyn Cyclones.

RHP Joey Lancellotti assigned to Brooklyn Cyclones from St. Lucie Mets.

Brooklyn Cyclones sent OF Stanley Consuegra on a rehab assignment to FCL Mets.
