The New York Mets have announced the following roster moves: 

RHP Brendan Hardy - Transferred from A+ Brooklyn to AA Binghamton

RHP David Griffin - Transferred from AAA Syracuse to AA Binghamton 

Binghamton Rumble Ponies placed RHP Christian Scott on the 7-day injured list.
