Here are the Brooklyn Cyclone Game Notes for today's game.

The Brooklyn Cyclones (26-18, 54-55) look to snap a brief two-game slide against the Hudson Valley Renegades (22-22, 61-49) — the High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees — on Thursday at 7 p.m. from Maimonides Park on Coney Island. 


RHP Jawilme Ramírez (1-1, 2.57 ERA) is scheduled to make the start for Brooklyn against the Yankees’ No. 29 prospect per Baseball America, Hudson Valley’s LHP Brock Selvidge (2-0, 2.66 ERA).

LAST TIME OUT: The Cyclones dropped their 2nd-straight contest to Hudson Valley, 7-1, on Wednesday...Brooklyn was limited to only 1 hit, a SS Jett Williams single to right with 1 out in the 6th inning...Cyclones only tally came in the 8th when 2B D'Andre Smith walked, stole second and advanced to third and home on separate wild pitches...Hudson Valley scored 2 in the first on a fielding error and a 2B Alexander Vargas single...Added 2 in the 5th and 8th, respectively, on opposite field doubles from RF Anthony Hall and CF Spencer Jones...Jones reached base 4 times with 3 hits and a walk...RHP Justin Lange (5.2 IP), RHP Harrison Cohen, and RHP Cole Ayers combined on the 1-hitter for the Renegades.
