The New York Mets Via X/Twitter announced that they have traded Austin Adams for Cash Considerations.
The Mets signed Austin Adams to a one year deal on November 30th and later DFA'd him on February 6th when they signed LHP Jake Diekman.
He cleared waivers on February 11th, was assigned to Syracuse and invited to Spring Training as a non-roster player.
