C Matt O'Neill - Transferred from AAA Syracuse to AA Binghamton

New York Mets OF Starling Marte - Rehab Assignment transferred from AA Binghamton to AAA Syracuse. 

RHP Alex Young optioned from New York and active today

RHP Vinny Nittoli signed by New York to a minor league contract and assigned to Syracuse
