Per Andy Martino on X: The Mets are bringing back Jesse Winker.

Per Joel Sherman on X: "Jesse Winker deal is actually 1 yr for $7.5M with a chance to reach $9M via bonuses."

A mid-season acquisition from the Washington Nationals last year, Winker slashed .243/.318/.365 with 3 homers, 13 homers in 44 games after being obtained by the Mets.  He also hit .318/.531/.636, 1 HR, 4 RBIs in 10 Mets playoff games.
