On Friday, Carlos Mendoza stated that Francisco Alvarez and Jeff McNeil would play for St. Lucie on Sunday. Alvarez will then head to Citi Field on Monday and join Syracuse on Tuesday. McNeil will play one additional game in St. Lucie before joining Syracuse.
