The Brooklyn Cyclones (7-4) will try and return to the win column against the Aberdeen IronBirds (6-5) — the High-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles — on Thursday at 7:05 p.m. from Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, Md.

 

RHP Brendan Girton (0-1, 3.18) is expected to make his second start of the season for the Cyclones. The IronBirds are projected to counter with the Orioles’ No. 8 prospect per MLB Pipeline, RHP Michael Forret (1-0, 0.00).
