RHP Paul Blackburn has his MLB rehab assignment transferred to Syracuse

RHP Nolan McLean promoted from Double-A Binghamton

RHP Cameron Foster transferred to Double-A Binghamton

RHP TJ Shook transferred to Double-A Binghamton

RHP Austin Warren optioned from New York and activated by Syracuse today
