Here are the Brooklyn Cyclone Game Notes for today's game.
The Brooklyn Cyclones (27-13) continue their road trip against the Jersey Shore BlueClaws (15-24) — the High-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies — with a doubleheader on Friday evening at 5:05 p.m. from ShoreTown Ballpark in Lakewood, N.J.
In Game 1, LHP Jonathan Santucci (1-4, 6.58), the New York Mets’ No. 12 prospect per MLB Pipeline, is expected to start for the Cyclones. The BlueClaws are projected to counter with RHP Eiberson Castellano (NR), who will make a minor league rehab start.
In Game 2, Brooklyn is scheduled to hand the ball to the Mets’ No. 18 farmhand per MLB Pipeline, RHP Nate Dohm (0-0, 9.00). Jersey Shore is expected to turn to the Phillies’ No. 17 farmhand per MLB Pipeline, LHP Mavis Graves (2-2, 6.58).
