Here are the Brooklyn Cyclone Game Notes for today's game.

The Brooklyn Cyclones (34-15) go for their fifth-straight victory against the Aberdeen IronBirds (19-30) — the High-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles — on Saturday evening at 6 p.m. from Maimonides Park on Coney Island in Brooklyn, N.Y.

 

RHP Noah Hall (3-3, 2.86) is expected to make the start for the Cyclones. The IronBirds are projected to counter with the Orioles’ No. 14 prospect per MLB Pipeline, LHP Luis De León (NR).

 

Live coverage on the Cyclones Radio Network, Bally Sports Live, and MiLB.tv will begin at 5:45 p.m.

 

LAST TIME OUT: Brooklyn snagged its 11th-straight home win on Friday and clinched another series victory, with a 3-0 takedown of Aberdeen in a 5-inning fog-shortened contest...The game was called following a 37-minute delay due to foggy conditions... RHP Nate Dohm excelled in his 2nd Maimonides Park outing...The righty kept Aberdeen bats at bay all night, tossing 3.2 scoreless frames, while striking out 4 and walking only 1... 3B Jacob Reimer clobbered his 8th long ball of the year, and finished with a multi-hit, multi-run day... RHP Chandler Marsh collected the win for the ‘Clones, throwing 1.1 scoreless innings in relief of Dohm...The righty gave up only 2 hits and did not walk anyone, while striking out a pair.

 

PICTURE PERFECT 'PEN: Brooklyn's bullpen has been untouchable this week against the IronBirds...Coming into play on Saturday, Cyclones relievers have yet to give up a run this week over 17.2 innings of work...In addition to the spotless ERA, Brooklyn relievers are also a perfect 4-0 during the current homestand...The 'Clones 3.28 ERA is 2nd in the South Atlantic League behind only Hudson Valley (2.55)...The 'pen hasn't surrendered a run since the bottom of the 6th in the 2nd game of Sunday's doubleheader at Jersey Shore, and has not allowed an earned run since the 3rd inning of Game 1 of that same doubleheader...Cyclones relievers have snatched an impressive 294-to-119 strikeout-to-walk ratio on the year, while sporting a 1.18 WHIP.

 

KEEP THE 'COASTER MOVING: The Cyclones remained perfect in series through the first 49 games of the 2025 season with Friday's win over Aberdeen to clinch another series win...Through Brooklyn's first 9 series of the year, the Cyclones hold a 7-0-2 record...In home series, Brooklyn is 4-0-1, splitting their first full 6-game set with Hudson Valley from April 8-13...The Cyclones have not lost a series since they dropped 5-of-6 at home vs. Jersey Shore from August 20-25, 2024...Since then, Brooklyn is 8-0-2 in a series of any length.
