The Brooklyn Cyclones (1-0, 47-20) look to extend their winning streak to a season-high-tying seven against the Aberdeen IronBirds (0-1, 24-42) — the High-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles — on Saturday evening at 7:05 p.m. from Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, Md.
RHP R.J. Gordon (4-1, 2.73) is expected to make the start for the Cyclones. The IronBirds are projected to counter with the Orioles’ No. 13 prospect per MLB Pipeline, LHP Luis De León (0-1, 3.46).
