The Brooklyn Cyclones (8-7, 54-27) continue their nine-game homestand, opening a six-game series against the Wilmington Blue Rocks (7-8, 37-43) — the High-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals — on Tuesday evening at 6:40 p.m. from Maimonides Park on Coney Island in Brooklyn, N.Y.

 

RHP Will Watson (0-1, 2.31), the New York Mets’ No. 29 prospect per MLB Pipeline, is expected to make the start for the Cyclones. The Blue Rocks are projected to counter with the Nationals’ No. 17 farmhand per MLB Pipeline, LHP Jake Bennett (0-2, 2.87).
