Pretty much after introducing himself to his Angels teammates, he was DFA’d again, then reclaimed off waivers by the Mets…'It’s been a wild ride for sure, and today was a lot of fun. It’s definitely been a journey, though,' said Nieuwenhuis, who was sent to Triple-A Las Vegas after the Mets reclaimed him before he was recalled July 6.”
