Brooklyn Cyclones Game Notes - 8/2/2025

 

Here are the Brooklyn Cyclone Game Notes for today's game.

The Brooklyn Cyclones (14-20, 60-40) continue a six-game homestand against the Jersey Shore BlueClaws (17-16, 42-54) — the High-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies — on Saturday evening at 6 p.m. from Maimonides Park on Coney Island in Brooklyn, N.Y.

 

RHP Noah Hall (5-4, 2.32) is expected to make the start for the Cyclones. The BlueClaws are projected to counter with RHP Casey Steward (3-10, 6.63).


It will be Seinfeld Night at the ballpark, with all fans in attendance receiving a Kramer BobbleheadPatrick Warburton, who played David Puddy on the legendary television show, will be in attendance and throw out the ceremonial first pitch. 

 

Live coverage on the Cyclones Radio Network, Bally Sports Live, and MiLB.tv will begin at 5:45 p.m.


LAST TIME OUT: Brooklyn avoided getting shutout, but fell to Jersey Shore, 4-1, on Friday night...The 'Clones scratched across their lone run in the 8th on a C Ronald Hernandez infield single...Brooklyn brought the winning run to the plate with the bases loaded and only 1 out in the 9th, before a game-ending 4-6-3 double play...RHPs Hoss Brewer and Brett Banks excelled out of the bullpen, firing 4.2 frames of 1-hit, scoreless ball, while striking out a combined 6 without issuing a walk.
