Rumble Ponies' home opener on April 7 vs. Somerset
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. – The Binghamton Rumble Ponies, Double-A Affiliate of the New York Mets, will open their home portion of the 2026 season on Tuesday, April 7 against the Somerset Patriots (New York Yankees Double-A Affiliate).

The 69-game home schedule is headlined by a six-game series against Double-A Subway Series rival Somerset in the first homestand. The Patriots will play at Mirabito Stadium from April 7 – 12.
The Rumble Ponies will also play at home on Saturday, July 4 against the Chesapeake Baysox (Baltimore Orioles Double-A Affiliate). Binghamton will play 12 games at home against the Portland Sea Dogs (Boston Red Sox Double-A Affiliate), Hartford Yard Goats (Colorado Rockies Double-A Affiliate), and New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Toronto Blue Jays Double-A Affiliate).
The home slate features games against each Northeast Division opponent: Somerset, Portland, Reading (Philadelphia Phillies Double-A Affiliate), New Hampshire, and Hartford. The Rumble Ponies will also host four Southwest Division teams: Erie SeaWolves (Detroit Tigers Double-A Affiliate), Chesapeake Baysox, Akron RubberDucks (Cleveland Guardians Double-A Affiliate) and Altoona Curve (Pittsburgh Pirates Double-A Affiliate).
The Ponies' final homestand of the regular season will be played on Labor Day weekend against New Hampshire from September 1 - 6.
2026 will mark Binghamton's 35th-consecutive season as the Double-A Affiliate of the New York Mets.
Game times will be released at a future date.
