The New York Mets have announced the following roster moves:
RHP Reed Garrett has been placed on the 15-Day Injured List (retroactive to 9/15) with a right elbow sprain.
RHP Wander Suero (#54) has been selected to the Major League roster.
LHP Sean Manaea has been placed on the Paternity List.
RHP Huascar Brazoban has been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse.
RHP Chris Devenski has been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse.
RHP Dom Hamel has been designated for assignment.
C Hayden Senger optioned from New York and activated by Syracuse today
RHP Yacksel Rios activated off Syracuse's Injured List
