C Francisco Alvarez has been reinstated from the 10 days IL list.
New York Mets optioned C Hayden Senger to Syracuse Mets.
RHP Wander Suero has reported to the major league team.
RHP Brendan Girton - Activated by Binghamton off the 7-day IL
