The Brooklyn Cyclones (25-​39, 71-59) continue their final six-game regular season series against the Jersey Shore BlueClaws (37-26, 61-65) — the High-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies — on Saturday evening at 7:05 p.m. from ShoreTown Ballpark in Lakewood, N.J.

 

RHP Brett Banks (2-1, 2.59) is expected to make a spot start for the Cyclones. The BlueClaws are projected to counter with RHP Ryan Dromboski (2-1, 3.48).

LAST TIME OUT: Brooklyn dropped their season-high-tying 5th-straight contest, 3-1, at Jersey Shore on Friday night...The Cyclones brought the tying run to the plate in each of the final 4 frames, but could not complete the comeback...1B Corey Collins paced the offense, reaching base 4 times, on 3 singles and a walk...The 23-year-old also brought in Brooklyn's only run with a single in the 4th...3B Yonatan Henríquez was aboard 3 times with a single, a double, and a walk...RHPs Hunter Hodges (2.2 IP) and Juan Arnaud (1.0) combined to toss 3.2 innings of hitless and shutout relief...2B Aroon Escobar scored all 3 of Jersey Shore's runs on a solo home run in the 1st, an RBI single by CF Devin Saltiban in the 3rd, and a bases-loaded walk to 3B Trent Farquhar in the 5th.
