As part of their MetsGiving initiatives, the Mets, in partnership with the Amazin’ Mets Foundation, will host nearly 140 students from Queens elementary schools for the annual Kids Holiday Party on Thursday, December 18 from 11:00 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Citi Field.
Pitchers Clay Holmes, Nolan McLean, Brandon Sproat and Jonah Tong, along with Mr. and Mrs. Met, will be handing out presents to the children and participate in the festivities.
Children’s holiday performances begin at 11:30 a.m. Clay “Santa” Holmes, Nolan McLean, Brandon Sproat and Jonah Tong will arrive at 12:00 p.m.
Students will enjoy games, lunch and participate in holiday crafts, while also receiving gifts and a special visit from Santa. Each student will also be gifted with a brand-new winter coat made possible by the Amazin’ Mets Foundation’s generous support of Operation Warm.
