Wednesday, February 18, 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., the New York Mets will host the annual Clinic for Champions at Clover Park, welcoming 60 athletes from Special Olympics Florida to participate in a baseball clinic at the Mets Complex in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Established in 2015, Clinic for Champions provides a unique opportunity for Special Olympics athletes to receive instruction and tips directly from Mets coaches and players in a fun, supportive environment.
Following the clinic, participants will have the opportunity to take on-field photos with players and enjoy lunch at the Mets Complex to conclude the day’s activities.
