Mets announce Carson Benge will wear #3

Per the Mets News and Links Transaction Page, the New Your Mets have announced that Carson Benge will wear #3 this year for the New York Mets.  

The 23 year old Rookie made the team yesterday, 3/23/26, after a solid Spring where he led all Mets hitters in base hits with 15 while slashing .366/.435/.439 with a .874 OPS.
