The New York Mets have announced the following roster moves:
INF Jorge Polanco — Placed on the 10-Day Injured List, retroactive to April 15, with a right wrist contusion.
C Hayden Senger — Recalled from Triple-A Syracuse. He will wear #6.
Syracuse Mets placed LHP Joe Jacques on the 7-day injured list.
RHP Luke Jackson assigned to St. Lucie Mets from Syracuse Mets.
