4/29/26 Mets Minor League Roster Moves: Trace Wilhoite to Brooklyn, Vladi Gomez assigned to FCL Mets

 

The New York Mets have announced the following minor league roster moves:

INF Trace Willhoite (No. 3) transferred from Triple-A Syracuse to the Brooklyn Cyclones.

New York Mets signed free agent SS Jamari Baylor to a minor league contract.

SS Jamari Baylor assigned to St. Lucie Mets.

SS Vladi Gomez assigned to FCL Mets from St. Lucie Mets.

RHP Zack Mack assigned to St. Lucie Mets from FCL Mets.

OF Edward Lantigua assigned to St. Lucie Mets from FCL Mets.

RHP Caden Wooster assigned to FCL Mets from St. Lucie Mets.

Additionally, Brooklyn hitting coach Devin DeYoung is now wearing No. 20.

Brooklyn’s roster is now at 30 active players, 6 on the injured list, and 1 on a rehab assignment.
