Syracuse Mets activated SS Yonny Hernández.
Syracuse Mets sent LHP Nate Lavender on a rehab assignment to St. Lucie Mets.
LF Tommy Pham assigned to St. Lucie Mets from Syracuse Mets.
RHP Craig Kimbrel assigned to St. Lucie Mets from Syracuse Mets.
St. Lucie Mets transferred 3B Eddinson Paulino to the Development List.
