Here are the Brooklyn Cyclone Game Notes for today's game.

The Brooklyn Cyclones (2-6, 2-6) return to Coney Island to open their first full six-game home series of the season against the Greensboro Grasshoppers (7-2, 7-2) — the High-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates — on Tuesday evening at 6:40 p.m. from Maimonides Park in Brooklyn, N.Y.

RHP Jonathan Jiménez (0-1, 6.75) is expected to make his first home start for the Cyclones. Greensboro is scheduled to counter with LHP Victor Cabreja (0-1, 8.53).

Live coverage on the Cyclones Radio Network, Bally Sports Live, and MiLB.tv will begin at 6:25 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT: The Cyclones dropped the rubber match of last week's 6-game series on Sunday at Jersey Shore, 7-0...The contest was scoreless through 4 1/2 innings before the BlueClaws erupted for 3 in the 5th, 1 in the 6th, and 3 more in the 8th...RHP Irving Cota took a no-decision for Brooklyn, tossing 3.0-plus innings of 2-hit shutout ball in his first start of the season...SS Mitch Voit reached base 3 times with a double and a pair of walks...RHP Sam Highfill (4.0 IP, 2 H), LHP Juan Amarante (2.0, 0), and RHP Gabriel Barbosa (3.0, 1) combined to twirl a 3-hit shutout for Jersey Shore...The scoreless effort marked the first time the Cyclones were held without a run in 2026...It marked the first time Brooklyn was shut out since a 6-0 loss at Hudson Valley on August 9, 2025.
