The Brooklyn Cyclones (4-10, 4-10) hit the road to open a six-game series against the Hudson Valley Renegades (7-7, 7-7) — the High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees — on Tuesday evening at 6:35 p.m. from Heritage Financial Park in Wappingers Falls, N.Y.

Prospect Lefferts Gardens native RHP Channing Austin (0-1, 3.68) is expected to make the start for the Cyclones. Hudson Valley is scheduled to counter with RHP Brandon Decker (1-0, 2.16).

Live coverage on the Cyclones Radio Network, Bally Sports Live, and MiLB.tv will begin at 6:20 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT: Brooklyn could not close out the homestand with a win on Sunday evening, falling to Greensboro, 6-4, in 10 innings...CF John Bay finished the day 2-for-4 with a homer and 3 RBI...Bay launched a 3-run blast to center in the 1st inning to put Brooklyn in front...Still, the 'Clones bats were held scoreless from then on all the way until the extra frame...RF Heriberto Rincón also logged a multi-hit effort on the day, finishing 2-for-4 with an RBI...Greensboro plated 3 runs in the 10th, and Brooklyn countered with just 1 run in the home half...LHP A.J. Minter continued his Major League rehab assignment, taking the ball in a starting capacity...Minter threw 0.2 scoreless innings, allowing just 1 hit... RHP Tanner Witt and RHP Dakota Hawkins gave the bullpen effective length...Each of them threw 3.0 scoreless innings, allowing a combined one hit...The originally scheduled 2:00 first pitch was delayed by 3 hours and 1 minute due to rain.
