They had lost each of their last five series openers...Is just the fifth time they have scored at least eight runs this season and they improved to 5-0 in those games...Recorded their second shutout of the season and their first since April 4 at San Francisco...Despite being 3-6 over their last nine games, they have surrendered three or fewer runs in eight of those games...Overall, their staff has pitched to a 3.87 ERA (112 ER/260.1 IP) this season which is the sixth-best mark in the NL. 
• Scored seven runs in the fourth inning...Is the most they have scored in an inning this season...The last time they scored at least seven runs in an inning was the second inning against Miami on August 29, 2025.
