The New York Mets have announced the following roster moves:
Catcher Francisco Alvarez has been placed on the 10-Day Injured List with a right meniscus tear. A timeline for return to play will be provided when possible.
Catcher Hayden Senger has been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse.
