Here are today's Binghamton Rumble Ponies Game Notes.
Binghamton continues a seven-game road series against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays) at Delta Dental Stadium.
Saturday's suspended game will pick up in the bottom of the fourth inning. New Hampshire will have the bases loaded with two outs, leading 2-1. Game two will follow 40 minutes after the conclusion of game one and will be a seven-inning contest.
Game 2: LHP Zach Thornton (0-2, 4.29 ERA) is slated to start for Binghamton, and RHP Jackson Wentworth (1-1, 5.09 ERA) is expected to get the ball for New Hampshire.
First pitch of game one is set for 12:05 p.m. The game will be broadcast on WNBF News Radio 1290 AM & 92.1 FM, WNBF.com, and the WNBF App.
