RHP Joey Gerber was optioned to Triple-A Syracuse following last night's game.
C Francisco Toledo (No. 15) transferred from Triple-A Syracuse to High-A Brooklyn.
SS Yorber Semprun assigned to FCL Mets from DSL Mets Orange.
New York Mets signed free agent C Jack Scanlon to a minor league contract.
