C Francisco Toledo transferred from High-A Brooklyn to Single-A St. Lucie.
RHP Parker Carlson assigned to Syracuse Mets from Brooklyn Cyclones.
INF TT Bowens - Released by New York Mets
RHP Dan Hammer - Transferred from Double-A Binghamton to Triple-A Syracuse
OF Matt Rudick - Transferred from Triple-A Syracuse to Double-A Binghamton
RHP Garrett Stratton - Transferred from High-A Brooklyn to Double-A Binghamton
INF Nick Lucky - Signed minor league contract with New York Mets, assigned to Double-A Binghamton
