RHP Danis Correa - Transferred from Double-A Binghamton to Triple-A Syracuse.
New York Mets signed free agent RHP Wranigher Navas to a minor league contract.
New York Mets signed free agent RHP Esteban Mejia to a minor league contract.

St. Lucie Mets activated SS Trey Snyder from the 60-day injured list.
St. Lucie Mets transferred OF Simon Juan to the Development List.
