Bo Bichette (1-4, HR, 2 RBI, R): Blasted a two-run home run in the first inning to give the Mets a 2-1 lead...Marked his sixth home run of the season and his first since May 19 at Washington.
Jared Young (2-4, HR, 2 RBI, R): Hit a solo home run to right field in the first inning to extend the Mets lead to 3-1...Hit a game-tying RBI single in the fifth inning...Since returning from the Injured List on May 26 he has slugged four home runs and posted a .911 OPS.
A.J. Ewing (1-4, 2B): Doubled to right field in the third inning...Has reached base safely in each of his last eight games and he is batting .357 (10-28) with four runs, three doubles, three walks and three steals over that span.
A.J. Juan Soto (2-4, HR, 2B, RBI, 2 R): Launched a go-ahead solo home run to left field in the seventh inning...Was his 16th career go-ahead home run in the seventh inning or later and his first since July 27, 2025 at San Francisco...Has homered eight times since May 19 which is tied for the most home runs in the majors during that span...Also doubled in the fifth inning...Marked his third game this season with multiple extra-base hits (also: 4/29 and 5/20).
Luke Weaver (1.0 IP): Tossed a scoreless eighth inning...Each of his last 16 appearances have been scoreless (18.0 IP)...Since May 1 he is the only reliever in the majors who has thrown at least 18.0 innings without allowing a run.
Devin Williams (1.0 IP, 2 K): Threw a scoreless ninth inning and earned his ninth save of the season...Recorded his 500th career strikeout...Becomes the 26th active reliever (80% of games in relief) to reach the mark.
