Syracuse Mets placed RHP Ryan Lambert on the 7-day injured list.
Binghamton Rumble Ponies sent SS D'Andre Smith on a rehab assignment to St. Lucie Mets.
Syracuse Mets activated RHP Matt Seelinger.
RHP Clay Holmes (No. 35) joins Brooklyn on a Major League rehab assignment
RHP Rafi Vazquez's (No. 49) contract purchased by the New York Mets from the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs and assigned to Brooklyn.
The Brooklyn Cyclones placed RHP Hoss Brewer on the 7-day injured list.
