Brian Joura Mets360: "Francisco Lindor homered on the first pitch of the game to give the Mets the early lead. Juan Soto hit a three-run homer in the second inning to make it 5-0. And Brett Baty left the yard in the third to up the lead to six runs."

NY Daily News: "Manaea was perfect through the first five innings, totaling just 52 pitches cruising through Miami’s lineup. Then, he failed to record an out in the sixth. Jakob Marsee, the Marlins’ No. 7 hitter, broke up the perfect game with a bloop single before advancing to second on Baty’s throwing error."

Mike Puma NY Post: "It was the first of five straight hits allowed by Manaea, who was removed by interim manager Andy Green with three runs already scored and runners on first and second. Overall, Manaea was charged for four earned runs on five hits with four strikeouts."

SNY.TV: "Nate Lavender worked around two hits in the seventh to keep his scoreless streak (14 IP) to start his career alive and Dedniel Nunez had a perfect eighth to set it up for Kodai Senga in the ninth. The new closer wobbled a bit in his inning, allowing a run on two hits, but he struck out the final two batters of the game and earned his seventh save in seven chances."
