9/30/2022 - Mets Roster Moves - Álvarez up, Ruf to IL

  

The New York Mets have announced the following Roster Moves:

Catcher Francisco Álvarez was selected to the Major League roster. Álvarez will wear #50.

INF/OF Darin Ruf was placed on the 10-Day Injured List, retroactive to September 27, with a neck strain.

LHP Alex Claudio was designated for assignment.
