The New York Mets have announced the following roster moves:

RHP Reed Garrett has been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse.

RHP Vinny Nittoli has been optioned to Triple-A Syracuse.

LHP Tyler Thomas - transferred from AA Binghamton to AAA Syracuse
