C Francisco Alvarez has been placed on the 10 Day Injured List retroactive to August 18, with a right thumb UCL sprain, he will be re-evaluated in 10-14 days for return to play.
C Hayden Senger has been recalled from Triple-A
New York Mets released RHP Paul Blackburn.
C Onix Vega assigned to Syracuse Mets from Brooklyn Cyclones.
RHP Eduardo Herrera assigned to Brooklyn Cyclones from Syracuse Mets.
Syracuse Mets sent RHP Oliver Ortega on a rehab assignment to St. Lucie Mets.
New York Mets optioned 2B Luisangel Acuña to Syracuse Mets.
Syracuse Mets activated RHP Austin Warren from the 7-day injured list.
