9/4/25 Mets Roster Moves - Reed Garrett Rehab with Binghamton, Wander Suero claimed off waivers

 

The New York Mets have announced the following roster moves:

RHP Reed Garrett - Beginning rehab assignment with Binghamton and starting tonight's game against Akron.

The New York Mets have claimed RHP Wander Suero off waivers from the Atlanta Braves.  Suero will turn 35 on 9/15, according to FanGraphs, he has one minor league option left.

RHP Garrett Stratton assigned to St. Lucie Mets from FCL Mets.

RHP Joe Scarborough assigned to St. Lucie Mets from FCL Mets.
