Before the season started, what would you have considered a good outcome for the Mets in regards to Bo Bichette? He signed an unusual contract, a three-year deal with a high AAV. Yet it also included opt outs after the first two seasons, where if he exercised that clause, the Mets would pay him even more money. Were you hoping for a great year, one which would almost certainly would result in an opt out? Were you hoping for a so-so season, one which would make him more likely to stick around for another year? Or was there another outcome for which you could see?
