Mets have announced the following Roster Moves:
Catcher James McCann has been placed on the 10-Day IL with a left oblique strain.
Catcher Patrick Mazeika has been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse.
LHP Sam Clay has been claimed off of waivers from the Philadelphia Phillies…He has been optioned to Triple-A Syracuse.
RHP Jake Reed has been designated for assignment.
Please note the following Syracuse Mets roster moves:
-RHP David Griffin transferred to Binghamton
-RHP Adonis Medina optioned from New York and added to the Syracuse roster today
-C Jose Colina promoted from Double-A Binghamton
-IF Daniel Palka activated off the Temporarily Inactive List
